At Tesla Automotive, we design our products in close collaboration with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) using Catia V5 CAD software. Each project is approached with the aim of delivering customized, innovative, and functional solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our Research and Development (R&D) team is focused on technological innovation to develop new products and continuously improve existing ones. We aim to offer solutions that not only meet today’s commercial vehicle requirements but also anticipate the needs of tomorrow.

Prototyping plays a vital role in our development process, enabling fast validation of designed components. Plastic parts designed in a digital environment are prototyped using 3D printers for dimensional verification. For textile-based products, laser CNC cutting is applied according to the design and integrated with mechanical assemblies. This allows us to create pre-series models that closely resemble final products both mechanically and aesthetically.

At the core of our design process lies a customer-focused engineering approach. Every product is developed with consideration for operating conditions, ergonomics, durability, and visual appeal. Our ability to deliver tailored solutions ensures that we produce highly competitive products for both national and international markets.

Furthermore, design validation and functional tests conducted before production serve as the foundation of our quality assurance. Whether it involves plastic injection parts or textile-based components, each design undergoes a thorough evaluation to ensure ease of assembly, durability, and long-term performance.
