Aluminum bending is the process of shaping flat aluminum profiles into desired curves and forms using special bending machines. This method allows us to form components such as curtain tracks, support arms, and mounting profiles to integrate seamlessly with the vehicle’s interior architecture. The profiles used are both lightweight and high-strength, ensuring long-lasting and sturdy systems.

We take precise measurements for each vehicle model and design the structural support of the curtain or sunshade system accordingly. Aluminum profiles are processed on our CNC bending lines with high precision and manufactured to be seamlessly installed inside the vehicle.
